Services for independent artists

Take your music
all the way.

Nostalgai Recordz builds release infrastructure for independent artists: a physical edition from one copy, a bilingual storefront, secure checkout and worldwide fulfilment—then adds the services the project actually needs.

Start small, prove demand and scale deliberately. We are especially open to Eastern European voices, artists in exile, outsiders and fearless pop storytellers, while considering distinctive projects from anywhere.

Guided setup

Rights & royalties setup

Rights, splits and metadata are confirmed before sales; we help each artist use their own PRO and secure mechanical licences where required.

09◆
Project setup

Merch & special editions

Production is selected for the item, territory and volume—without forcing a monthly platform fee before demand exists.

Digital distribution

We prepare metadata and the release package; the distribution route and agreement are confirmed separately for each catalogue.

Channel onboarding

External marketplaces

The label already has a Discogs catalogue presence; sales through Discogs, eBay, Amazon and YouTube are being onboarded in stages after margin, tax, policy and inventory-sync checks.

Sales, costs, earnings, documents and task status will live in one dashboard; reporting is provided manually until launch.

No grey areas

How a release starts

No sales before rights and economics are agreed in writing

01↘

Confirm the rights

We document master and composition owners, splits, and permissions for names, likeness and artwork.

02↘

Build the release plan

We choose one-off, made-to-order, small-run or preorder. Scope, costs and economics are agreed in writing.

03↘

Produce and publish

Master, artwork, pages, checkout and fulfilment are checked before sales open.

04↘

Report and scale

We report sales and costs, pay the agreed amounts and scale only when demand is proven.
