About us

Nostalgai Recordz is an independent record label and online retailer based in Los Angeles, California. We sell limited-edition physical music releases. Our records may be manufactured, packed, and shipped directly to customers by ElasticStage or another specialist production and fulfilment partner.

Eligibility & site use

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your location to make a purchase. You may use this site only for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not interfere with the site, misuse its content, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the service.

Products & availability

We try to describe products, formats, artwork, colors, edition sizes, and availability accurately. Display colors and minor manufacturing characteristics may vary. Limited releases may sell out or become unavailable. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, or withdraw a product before accepting an order.

Orders & payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt confirms that we received it; acceptance occurs when we confirm the order or begin fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory error, destination restriction, or another legitimate operational reason. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices and available currencies are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another displayed payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and delivery information.

Production, shipping & delivery

Many releases are manufactured on demand or in limited runs. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may arise from production, customs, carriers, weather, destination restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Title and risk of loss pass as permitted by applicable law. Tracking, where available, will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Taxes, duties & import charges

Applicable taxes collected at checkout will be shown before payment. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout explicitly states that they are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for those charges.

Changes, cancellations, returns & problems

Because an order may enter production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. Contact support as soon as possible. Any return or cancellation rights required by the law of your location remain unaffected.

If an order arrives damaged, is materially incorrect, or appears lost, contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos where relevant. We will review the circumstances with our fulfilment partner and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. Do not return an item without receiving instructions from us.

Intellectual property

The website, label identity, product artwork, photographs, text, audio, video, and catalogue materials are owned by Nostalgai Recordz, its artists, licensors, or other rights holders. Purchase of a product does not transfer copyright or grant a right to reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, resell counterfeit copies, or otherwise exploit protected material.

Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, Nostalgai Recordz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version in effect when your order was placed will govern that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
