Payment details are processed by Stripe; Nostalgai Recordz does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We send promotional email only where permitted and according to your choices. You may unsubscribe through the link in any marketing message.

How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate our store. Recipients may include Stripe and other payment providers; specialist production, fulfilment, and delivery partners; hosting, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, accounting, and professional service providers; and public authorities where required by law.

When Google Customer Reviews is enabled, the order confirmation page shares the order ID, confirmation email address, delivery country, and estimated delivery date with Google so the customer can choose whether to receive a post-purchase review survey. Participation in that survey is optional.

Fulfilment partners receive the customer and delivery information needed to manufacture, address, dispatch, track, and support an order. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies & analytics

We use essential browser storage to operate the website. With your permission, we may also use analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics or Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel when configured, to measure site use and campaign performance. You can decline optional technologies without losing access to the cart or checkout.

International processing

Nostalgai Recordz is based in the United States and works with providers in other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside your state or country, where privacy laws may differ. We use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and applicable law.

Children & policy updates

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
